Data

The #16 car is running a motorsport ECU and data logging system. This is a picture of some of the data we pull off the car at each pit stop. We have Alex from Apex Speed Technologies with us here at the track to look over it for any abnormalities, and he has also been uploading some of it so Neel from Apex can look it over down in LA.

  1. Go Chris!!!

Well done drivers and team, stay warm and be safe. The strong will survive, I guess we wont hear much for a while now that Chris is in the car...

  2. Chris, does the Neal suggest tweaks to components or is that handled locally by Alex. This is quite fascinating. Keep up the good work guys...

  4. Alex is doing all the tweaks and data work himself! He's a very competent tuner and technician, its just his first endurance race so I'm trying to give him some support on how to interact with crew cheifs & drivers. I'm in Chicago with my family at my father's memorial service, and pretty much I've been calling him for race updates. I wish I was there; this time he gets to have all the fun!

  5. Our condolences to you and your family. As a new race enthusiast I find this quite interesting.

  6. The Dream Team...

Ok...now I am really pissed I am not there. I coach hockey too, busy breaking up fights here with teenage kids (toss in the odd rowdy parent)at a tourney in Salmon Arm...only to find out just now that John Olsen and my favorite tech Kevin are also there...great drivers, great team, that's how it all comes together! Hope you guys are wearing those nice watches and miss not being there with you guys! Will sleep with one eye closed, the other open watching the blogs!!!
