The #99 has dropped about 10 spots after a penalty for spilled fuel during a pit stop. The rules are pretty harsh around here for things like that...the car had to do a 5 minute stop-and-go penalty, which is about a 3 lap penalty when you consider the slow trip down pit lane on top of that.
The car was running in 30th before the penalty, then dropped to 40th, and now has climbed back to 36th.
The M3 is currently running 13th.
